Antique c 1900 Neo Greek Styled Carved Wood Sideboard Buffet TL176-1

Description: Neo Greek style, which merges Renaissance Revival and Louis XVI styles, is depicted in the carvings on this stunning sideboard. Center doors are carved with a geometric pattern of foliage, which matches carvings on the backboard flanked by side cabinet doors that have split reeded columns with a centered acanthus vine.  Exaggerated acorn style legs give the sideboard height and a weight base. The doors are finished with brass teardrop pulls that hang from decorative escutcheons.

Condition: Antique in very good vintage condition. Both interior and exterior show only minor signs of wear associated with the age and use of this piece.  Please refer to the photos for details.
