18th Century Gold Gilded Large French Provincial Mirror ED160-1

Description:  A mirror with glazing beads in gilded wood finely carved with flowers and acanthus foliage scrolls.  It is surmounted by open carving of a large shell surrounded by trailing acanthus.  Original rear parquet flooring from the Regency period

Dimensions: 48 in x 84 in

Condition: In very good antique condition consistent with age and use.  There is a small area with worn gild pictured in photo #5. Please view photos for more detail.

Location: Local pick up NW Portland, OR.  Condominium with elevator access.  The mirror is very large and heavy appropriate help is required to move and a shipper is suggested.  Contact us for a list of suggested shippers.
